Harvested primarily in 2018 with 30% of reserve wines, this cuvée is composed of 70% pinot noir and 30 % chardonnay.
Bottling
78497 bottles, 1290 magnums and 100 jéroboams were produced.
Aging
Les Parcelles benefits from extended aging “sur lie”: 3 years in our 19th century cellars at a constant 50°F/10°C temperature.
Nose
“Bright and lithe, with a floral overtone to the flavors of Honeycrisp apple, biscuit and lemon meringue. The lively bead carries ground ginger and anise notes on the lingering, creamy finish.” Alison Napjus, WS
