The Juffer Sonnenuhr Spätlese always keeps what its name promises.
Growing Conditions
The terroir is a pure southern slate site with fine, weathered Devonian slate. This almost appears “greasy” and constantly “grows” from the depths. The Riesling grape can develop perfectly on this soil, giving the wine great, mineral and unmistakable potential.
The Juffer site covers around 32 hectares and encloses the large Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr site. This stretches for almost 2 km on the left bank of the Moselle opposite the town of Brauneberg.
Winemaking
Gently pressed, spontaneously fermented and with a long fine yeast storage, the fruity Juffer Sonnenuhr Spätlese provides maximum enjoyment for many years.

An expressive floral bouquet are the core elements of this wine.
Palate
The Sonnenuhr Spätlese appears clearly warmer in its structure and sensory properties. uicy body, mature playful exoticism.
