100% whole cluster, carbonic fermentation in stainless steel.

Aging

Matured for 10 months in neutral French oak.

Nose

This is fresh and energetic Petite Sirah with a nice balance of dark fruit and a distinct savory quality - black cherry, blackberry, and plum, with notes of black olive and wild herbs.

Palate

The wine has great texture with fine, grippy tannins and balanced alcohol.
